What happens if my cards are lost or stolen?
Give us a call on 1300 526 592 any time, our operators are available around the clock so we can cancel your cards and get them reissued as quickly as possible. You can also log into the website and cancel the cards that have been lost or stolen.
Why don't I need to provide my card numbers?
We have agreements with hundreds of business from banks to gyms and everything in between. This allows us to act on your behalf for a speedy and equitable resolution that cancels the lost or stolen cards and gets them reissued to you quickly.
How do you secure my data?
We are PCI compliant which means we have a similar level of security as a bank. You don’t need to give us any of your card numbers which is the very first layer of protection, we further enhance this by using 128-bit encryption which is the highest level commercially available. Multiple layers of security ensures that your data and is completely safe with us.
Can anyone just cancel my cards?
No of course not. Card Guard has established relationships and agreements with hundreds of organisations to ensure we’re able to securely act on your behalf.
This seems like an identity thief's dream - how am I protected?
It’s simple, we do not record card numbers, just the card type and card issuer i.e CBA (issuer) and CREDIT CARD (type). There’s nothing those unscrupulous folks can do without the card numbers so your information is completely safe with Card Guard.
